I asked Chris to pay for a new Clutch since he stated it was brand new. Just like he stated the turbo is a 20g, it's not. I asked for the so called receipts that he has and refuses to give them to me. I took pictures of most of the stuff wrong with the car. I have a lot more pictures here
http://s41.photobucket.com/albums/e262/ ... ve/clutch/
Please look at them and then tell me that clutch is new.
This is not the end of this, I will be posting more to the story at a later time.
Notice anything wrong with this flywheel? Maybe some cracks, or the hot spots?
What about this Pressure Plate? I thought is was brand new?
OK, ok, I must be crazy....maybe I'm seeing things on this disk?
There is a lot more to this story. I want people to know what type of person Chris is and what he did.

Just idle curiosity... Lenny, are you smoking something, or did you just miss the four huge cracks on the clutch disk center plate? Running out from the springs to the friction surface, all four tweaked outward just a little? THat isn't normal.
Flywheel looks okay, just one or two cracks I'd worry about, the rest are inside the bolt area so shouldn't pose an *immediate* shatter risk. Not good, but not horrible.
And yeah, I paid $3400 for my GSX, and had to dump in another five grand over the following year, including for a new engine, new clutch, tranny work, front axles, and a new front control arm (the one it came with was bent, pretty severely too). It's a used car. Check it out fully, be certain you know what you're getting yourself into, and be prepared to accept the things you miss. Buyer beware and all that. If he dumped sawdust into the tranny to quiet it down, I could understand anger. But this is all stuff you should really have checked or at least talked out before buying the car.
