WTF 13mm allen head socket for head studs

 WTF 13mm allen head socket for head studs
Ok so the thing is im looking in the haynes and it says that i need a 13mm allenhead socket and i havnt ben able to find the damn thing. i can find 12 and 14 but not 13. i havnt everything i need to do a hg but that damn socket. the money for resurfacing is in my pocket right now.
is this the right size.? if it is y am i the only one having trouble finding just a simple socket??? can anyone help me out here??????
