Well now that I look closer you can see the pistons have kiss marks on them but the valves do not and the head looks pretty clean I can see shiny silver every were around it. Im guessing the valves made contact with the piston and they just rebuild the head and not the engine but then again the car was free so I knew I should have expected something like this.

Guys the pics are on the 2nd page and well this is a expensive fix I hope some of you learned something that happened to me. PUT YOUR TIMING COVER ON!!!!!! I learned something, somethings that look cool may not always be right and somethings that are right may not always be cool so yeah I learned from this stupid mistake. Well who knows when i will be back up hopefully before the beach meet lol.

The valves don't seat correctly because they are bent. The valve face is hardened steel so that wont easily bend BUT where it connects to the stem will. That's what usually bends in this situation.

Thats why all the cool kids like me have timing covers. Even then I still jump timing...Effin dirt.

Yeah gus that what I ment to say I ment 7 bolts flow better ma bad. Sam if you get a chance to read this what can cause a valve stem to be white powder type of stuff and little orange spots. Both my intake valves are like that on the cylinder 4 that one that keeps knocking. I will take them since I took apart the head and show you if its cool with you.

Looks like im going 6 bolt since the price of good used engine and then installation will run the same as a 6 bolt swap so just knock this out of the way  .
