Re: My 6 Bolt Motor Build
Well basically started late on it. i got called into wrok to cover night shift. i ended up working a 12hr shift 5pm to 5am. woke up late saturday moring with a nasty headache with only a couple hours of sleep. Once sun set past, we cracked a few beers then called it a night. I ended up going out saturday night (gully of course) didn't sleep until 4am (keep in mind the 12hr grave yard shift the same day) woke up with a little hang over late sunday. Called it an early day again do to the Mighty Lakers but we did do some more work, pretty much got it all ready to throw on the flywheel, disk, pressure plate, bolt up the tranny and drop it in. Props to me and Edgar(the mad scientist) Didn't take too many pics. I should of took more One last look at them... It's getting there starting to look like a motor now

Re: My 6 Bolt Motor Build
Still need a few other things to do on the timing side. Then bolt up the transmission and drop it in tomorrow.

Re: My 6 Bolt Motor Build
Your rocking it, make sure that the block has the galley plug on the transmission side before you bolt the tranny to it. Good job with a build pollo, welcome to the build motor club. Make sure you pump oil into it and the prime it for a good amount. If you have any questions ask me.

Re: My 6 Bolt Motor Build
ok time to update this, everything is going smooth so far Finally got it off the engine stand! Changing the Fork, Ball and TOB One last look before it goes in....*tear* Gotta love bolting on the Tranny to the block by your self AND SHE'S IN!!!! Driver's side suspension. It's good to see where the axles belong. It's getting there not much left to do. The wiring harness and the rest is bolt-ons. I'll finish it up next weekend if i don't have plans. And just waitng on my 1G CAS to come in.
