 need help and opinion My car was smoking white and blue smoke. Re: need help and opinion did you prime the new turbo?
i think the turbo blows if its brand new
and isnt primed before use. if thats the case
then its a blown turbo?

Re: need help and opinion If its a blown HG you would get coolant not oil usually. Could be dead rings or really gone stem seals. Find a local mechanic shop in your area that can do a compression test for you. If not go to autozone and see if you can rent/buy a tester.

Re: need help and opinion Depends on if you just want to replace the rings and bearings or build the motor. All up to you and the person pulling your motor out/machine shop
