Re: smog readiness I got a hold of a 99 ecu and switched it today. I get a CEL P0446 EVAP and P1600 manufacture control, AUX IN, AUX OUT. So I took it out and replaced it with my stock 97 ecu and I still get a CELL P1600, what could cause this problem? It sounds like a wiring problem, I didn't have this before I installed the 95 ecu. The only thing i did different was the clutch cut mod. So that's my guess,
