home depot does have it, if not on the floor, in my shop.
Also Bolt-out for rounded off bolts/nuts

Use a good penetrating oil like PB Blaster or Krawl Oil first to loosen it up...I am currently dealing with 3 10mm bolts that snaped in the the exh housing of my turbo because the jackass that owned the car before me didn't use any antiseize.
