and the coil is probably your problem to the bad fuel mileage.

I just put on a different coil pack and it would run good then it ran bad again then good then bad then is was running good again. Ill take it for another drive tomorrow and see how it does. but there was still a lil knock sound and still felt movement above my plugs its hard to explain

I just took out my plugs and noticed one was fucked up. see the plug on the bottom well that metal piece broke off some how what would cause that?
I just replaced them all and the ticking went away and I dont feel anything hitting the part above the spark plug
