 Info: Axle Replacement/Rebuilding
does any one know how to replace Axles.. and would have a thought on how much they run for!??? and can someone help serts with an axle replace!?

You have to call them for prices but I have been told that this is a quality place to go.
You can also get rebuilt axles from NAPA, give them a call

you can get the boots for pretty cheap, ill help rebuild em, but its better to just buy them already rebuilt.

If it doesn't look to dirty and contaminated and the axle is not clicking then it is easier to completely clean the joint, re-pack with grease and put on a new boot. Just make sure you use an OEM style boot not one of those split down the side one size fits all pieces of crap.

thanks but i ripped about 5 days ago i noticed alot of dirt on it too so i guess im replacing the whole thing.

To remove mine I had to put a pry bar through the studs to keep the hub from rotating. You need a friend to hold it for you.
