So my work schedule has been worked around where I now get Sundays off.. Just wanted to see if people were interested in meeting up like once a month or so and doing something? I figure only meeting up once a month will give people time to have some money in their pocket for gas/food/activities as once a week can make it kind of expensive. Also won't crowd up peoples schedules. I'd like to get this started and possibly invite a few other members from other car forums as I personally enjoy most vehicles regardless of make or model. We could do something different each time to be fair to everyone.. Such as a cruise through the canyons at GMR, then a Dromo1 meet in Orange, then a cruise up Malibu, then K1 karting in Ontario.. etc.
Any interest from you guys? I mean we could even have fix it meets if someone could provide a location.. I'm just kind of burnt out on the meets where we stand around in a parking lot. I mean thats cool and all but we're in a car club and cars are meant to be driven imho. I might be wrong about that but this meet is not for those who feel like that.. I'd like to have the meet preferably start around 10ish in the morning and then end around like 7pm.. Figure that would allow most people to not get home too late for school/work the next day. Remember that these are just thoughts thrown out by me and are not what we have to do. Any feedback will be appreciated..

Haven't gotten anything for sure yet as nothing has actually been decided but I am getting interest.. Let's shoot for Feb as I'm super busy this month with work, getting some issues fixed on the car, and my birthday..
Now are you guys only interested in having a meet at GMR or would you guys be willing to do something else? We could cruise up 74 Ortega Hwy.. I'd like to keep everyone informed so we can make it an enjoyable meet..

I could be down for any kind of fun meet on a Sunday. I am a little worried about a canyon cruise with a large number of drivers since you never know who is going to drive like a dumb ass and endanger everyone else.

as long as there is someone experinced and knows GMR well up front to set a steady pace it should be ok
