I need help tuning my 91 tsi awd. I don't know what info you guys need but... I have a Hahn super 16g, seimens deka 750cc injectors, fmic, Dsmlink v2.5, AEM UEGO and a 2g maf. I ran the car for a bit so I can use the CombinedFT tool that adjusts MafComp.. The first time I drove it around for a minute or two (very lightly) and used the tool it only adjusted a quarter of the MafComp. So, I drove it around again (this time a little harder) and it went into open loop. Was this a bad place to start? |

I tried running the car again a couple of hours later. Now it would go in and out of closed loop mode and ran really poorly. It kept jerking and if i tried to accelerate it would run extremely lean and felt like the motor was going to die. Here's a log: How can I force it into closed loop in v2.5? |

Your waay out of wack. 1st off, your global fuel correction doesnt seem right. The reason you go in and out of closed loop is cause your idle get up to 1500RPM and the ecu at this point goes to open loop, cuts fuel, and then your rpm drops. you car is going in and out because of your idle surge. You cant force closed loop. Only open. |
