 fuel fuel and more fuel E85 Last time I dynoed Sam mention that my pump was maxed out @ 430 hp 400 lbs tq
my current fuel set up is
255 with re wire
1200cc
AFPR
stock lines
tuning gurus chime in
would i just need a bigger pump ? or bump the size on the injectors ?

Re: fuel fuel and more fuel E85 You need a bigger pump and larger feed lines at a minimum. 1200cc injectors should be big enough for a while, it really depends on how much power you want to make. I'd add an 044 pump inline and keep the Walbro in-tank and upgrade to -8AN lines feed & return. The stock fuel filter is also a pretty big restriction, you're going to want to change that too.

Re: fuel fuel and more fuel E85 Yo The Tank! You should definitely add a second pump or pick up one of those bad ass new Deatschwerks 300lph in tank units.
I'm running a 255 in tank and bosch 044 inline with 1650 injectors. On my logs at 34-35psi of boost I'm seeing duty cycle hit 73-74% peak. I'm still running the stock line from the tank to the bosch pump though.. I'm planning on upgrading the feed line over to -6 so we'll see if that changes anything.

Re: fuel fuel and more fuel E85 Heres the graphs. IDC's are misleading due to lack of fuel pressure. I kept increasing IDC's towards the top to try to richen the mix up a bit more, but it kept leaning out to 12.8:1 on our dyno (reads about .7 leaner than onboard wideband) so its actually around 12.1:1. The graphs are comparing to the old 20G setup vs the green. Same boost plot.   _________________1/4 ET-11.657@121.18mph w/ 1.682 60' 445whp/427tq on RRE Dyno All on 91 pump.
