Ok so motor was just dropped in. Its a 7bolt. With a green top CAS. Car starts and idles just fine.... Then the problem Is when I give it gas. There's a huge dead spot between 2-3k rpm. Once it starts building boost it will rev out. When it revs out tho it runs real rich and blows out lots of smoke.... Any suggestions?! |

What kind of car? What do you mean by dead spot? And what do you mean rev out? |

Its a 95 gst. Now it has all 97 motor and ecu. Dead spot like it sputters ... I can have pedal to the floor and it crawls from 2 to 3k rpm. Then once it hits that the turbo will Make it rev normally no more sputter or lack of power |

o2 sensor. One you hit boost the car goes into open loop mode and run off airflow only. Off boost the car runs in closed loop, relying on the o2. |

Dead spot still there. What will cause it to run Super ridiculously rich? ... Like clouds of black smoke |
