Machine shop will check your valves out, replace the bent ones, and re-deck your head.
Valves $8 each.
Stem Seals $32 for all 16
Guides $6 each
ARP studs $105
Head Gasket $100
Machining at my local machine shop in long beach will be around $140 and they do good work.

Follow the timing belt instructions on to set the timing right. Pretty much just line up all the timing marks and use a screw driver to make sure that you balance shaft isn't 180degs out.
