about 2 weeks ago this part fell off my car. i was watching pinks and the same part came off a mustang, and they said it was a HARMONIC BALANCER. the car is running fine. i dont know what to do.

That's part of the pulley for your accessories....I'm thinking alternator? They are two pieces put together with a rubber piece in the middle. Over time, they wear out and either keep spinning loosely or just make their way off the belt and fall out. Replace it with an OEM or aftermarket harmonically balanced one |

Just remove the driver side tire, take off the other half that is still bolted to the block, check the belt to see if it was damaged, if so buy a new one. If not, loosen whatever accessory is on the belt and wrap it over the new pulley you're going to buy. Tighten accessory, turn on car and go get laid. |

cause im thinking about taking the car in tommorow on account of i need to replace the oil seal annyways. or i can go to norco mitsu tommorow get the seal, and the balancer and we can wing it for half the price. the guy im taking the car to is in walnut he is a neighbors friend, who spesializes in turbo cars. but still. |
