Radiator cap not holding pressure?

+1 on the radiator cap. Also, did you bleed all the air out of the cooling system when you re-filled it? To do that, take the cap off (when the car is cool), start the car, and let it warm up w/ the cap off. Watch the coolant as it starts to move. Air will release out the rad cap opening. squeeze the rad hose as well to move air bubbles out.
