Do you have a lightened flywheel? Mine started doing that when I got a lighter flywheel but the ecu learned to deal with it in a few days of driving around.
I could be the idle control on the throttle body isn't opening up to raise the idle when you let off the gas. There is a thing on on how to check it out with a multi-meter.

if your blow off valve is not recirculated and venting into the atmosphere your car will die usually if you have a front mout and all. a gm maf will fix that problem so you can vent or just recirculate the bov

I do have a lightened flywheel that I just put in. My blow off is going back into the intake. So you say yours stop doing it in a few days? Should I wait a few days before doing anything else.

Mine got better on it's own and yours might too. It wouldn't hurt to check the resistance on the ICS though.

what kind of blow off valve do you have? and is your blow off valve venting into the atmoshpere or is it recirculating back into the intake????
