 t28 so guys looks like its going to cost around 600 bucks to repair my blown t28 since i need a new Cartridge, so my question is, what should i do? just go for a 16g? any feedback will be appreciated

a ported evo 3 16g from rre is around 575 but you are going to need more than just that to upgrade...If you can spare the money I know that you will be much happier with that turbo than the t28

so you are going to sell him a bad turbo so he can turn around and pay more money to repair it when he could just get a new turbo instead?

If he really want's a t28 then sure. I would adjust the price I sell it to him for based on what it would take to rebuild it so It would be cheaper than rebuilding his.
Personally I would go with a Big or EVO3 16G but some people really want a t28.
