1998 eclipse gs spyder hi beams not working

 1998 eclipse gs spyder hi beams not working I have a 1998 eclipse gs spyder. The hi beams won't work, the regular lights come on, but when I flick the switch up to turn the hi beams on nothing comes on the light builds are brand new re fuse I replaced and still nothing. Idk if it could be the wiring or what. Can someone help me out.

Re: 1998 eclipse gs spyder hi beams not working If you have access to a multimeter that would be the best way to trouble shoot this. It would be really helpful to see if there is voltage present at the plug to the headlight housing when the high beams are switched on.
