Maybe theres a electrical guru here that can help me out. So far this problem has happened twice and second time being today. The two times they happpened the exact same way coming to almost a dead stop while turning right and the car turned off. First time that it happened I was slightly coming to a stop sign while turning right. The second time I was just turning right into a small side street. Both times the car just shut off. The fuse does not pop right away after I put in a new 20a fuse car starts up right away no problem and drive perfect. The other issue that might be related to this is usually when I let the cars rpms just drop from say 5k rpms the car almost wants to die but it stays on. I do have a code for the IAC being bad. Also I know the pin for the fuse powers the ecu injectors IAC front and rear 02 sensor and I forgot what else. Recent mod was just install of my turbo back exhaust. Ive had the exhaust for about a month and a half and first time it happened was last friday and now today. I thought theres a short somewhere but wouldnt that mean the fuse should pop instantly? It sounds like one of the parts that gets powered by the engine fuse is poping the fuse. I dont know what can be causing this :/ to better sum up of my issue is my car blows the 20a fuse while coming to a stop. Sounds like my IAC tries too hard to keep the car on causing too much amperage and poping the fuse. The car drove fine since last friday until today. I temporarely installed a 30a fuse in there just to get home like 2 blocks. Any help would be appreciated.
