car wont go over 3k rpms!?!?!?

 car wont go over 3k rpms!?!?!? can any one tell me what it could be that is causing my car to loose power at 3k rpms. i cant pick up speep and once i reach 3k rpms feels sluggish and doesnt want to go up any higher?? anybody have an idea what it could be?

car wont go over 3k rpms!?!?!? does it like for a lack of better words bog? yeah check ur clamps around ur innercooler u most likely have a huge boost leak
