Yeah you can pay it off if you wonna wonna pay about $200, or fight it and pay $25 for a correctable violation.

For the non insurance go to the court they marked at the back of the ticket. Show them that you had insurance at the time you got pulled over, and it should be dismissed. That's what i did court i never went to "court day". As of for the exhaust, since they didn't put "correctable" you can't really do much about it. I got pulled over for my fogs and exhaust. The cop let the exhaust go cause "he didn't want to ruin my ride" and i payed $25 to fix the fog light ticket. I presume all "fix it" tickets have a fee of $25?. Any way that's all the info I can give from the top of my head. GL.
