What's up everyone.

Here is the deal, this happened to me just right now and it' won't go away.
I turned off my ignition and took the key out and my headlights were still on and as I'm leaving my car I turn off my headlights by turning the regulator towards me as you would usually turn it off. The headlight lamp went off but emergency lights are still on even tho I turned it off complitly and when I open the door it does long beeeep sound as if you didnt turned the lights off.
What can cause the emergency and interior lights stay on, I checked all fuses and i still can't figure what is going on.
PLEASE HELP ASAP.
