Spark Plug question...
I have read in many places that the best spark plugs for my 2g are NGK BPR6ES but the problem is that i can only seem to find NGK BPR6EKN plugs. Are these ok to use or should i keep looking? So far oreily autozone dont have them so i would apreciate any advice on what i should do or where i could find them.....

Re: Spark Plug question...
I buy mine from road race engineering. They do ship stuff and I'm sure shipping on some spark plugs wouldn't be much. Plus the plugs are pretty cheap from them to start with.

Re: Spark Plug question...
The plugs most of us use inlcuding myself are NGK's BPR7ES. And gapped depends on how modified the engine is. aka how much boost you are running.
Pepboys has them in stock, But like Wes said RRE FTW. I'd also get some NGK spark plug wires while your at it.

Re: Spark Plug question...
hey Jorge, if you have them trying to look up the part by using the make and model of your car they wont find it... i always just ask to go back there and get them and like i said if you find the plugs without the "p" you can run those also. i actually feel those are a bit better because it puts the spark closer to the top of the cylinder.

Re: Spark Plug question...
The Kragen/O'reily's by my house almost always has the BPR6ES in stock but they won't find shit using those numbers. For some reason they have different part number.NGK part numbers: 7133 = BPR6ES 5534 = BPR7ES www.rockauto.com sells both for $1.60ea with $2.83 shipping so all four plugs will cost $9.23 shipped to your door.

Re: Spark Plug question...
Okay, so I just found this thread as I was browsing around...
My question is if NGK BPR6EGP "G-Power" Platinum will work on my 99 GS-T stock automatic? I tried searching online for the difference or comparison between both BPR6EGP and BPR6ES, but looks like everyone prefers BPR6ES...
Thx in advance!!!

Re: Spark Plug question...
NO PLATINUM, Vfire, spitfire, v fire, vtec fire, ZOMG ENTER THE DRAGON IRRIDIUM ION STARFISH ANUS FIRE!! plugs. bullshit plugs. All you need is basic copper $10 a set plugs. Anything else suck and and is a rip off.
B P R 7 (or 6) E S. Nuff said.
If you have to ask if you need 8's, no you dont. By the time you need 8's you will know as much as I do and you wont have to ask. Until then 6's and 7's. 6's are if you still are stock with maybe intake/exhaust. 7's if you turned the boost up in anyway shape form.
