Re: BISS SCREW
OEM Mitsubishi
MD614948 -Screw Itself MD608806 - O-ring for screw.
Drill with easy out can get it out pretty easy. Oil the new o-ring up a little before installing it. It should be set about 2 full turns from soft bottom when you put the new one in.

Re: BISS SCREW
DAMN!! that was quick sam. Thanks!
In order to adjust the BISS screw do I really need a scan tool for this? I read some people just turn it while the car is idling but not sure if its a must to have though.

Re: BISS SCREW
No, the scan tool is to just lock the ISC to where you can adjust the BISS and the ISC wont compensate. But most cars after you get it down just right, its usually, 1.5~2 turns out from soft bottom. So with the car off, turn it all the way in till it stops, dont go really tight, just till it snuggly stops. Then turn it out 2 turns. Fire it up, let the car warm up and idle for like 5~7 minutes after its warm, its should be good.

Re: BISS SCREW
after inspection, i noticed it does not have the BISS screw after all and it was filled in with something.
i called rre and ask for you sam, but i was told by robert you were busy working on a car. He suggested to just buy a new throttle body
