 Re: Turbo Advice
Egdar's right. mitsu turbo's wont bolt up the the 420a manifold. its the t3/t4 ones. I would check out this site the complete kit is under 2K. or if you want to peice it together just buy that 420a manifold. it's like $250. and you can run an external WG off of it. check it out.
I was gonna go that route way back in the day, when i was gonna boost my 420A. glad i didn't though.....believe me, it's a whole different world.
good luck though

 Re: Turbo Advice
I already talked to Doug about the 16G, and recommended it. He will make it work by buying a Hahn Racecraft t3 TD05H turbine housing that will bolt on to the 16G and bolt the turbo to a t3 manifold. Kinda like what DSM guys are doing with the Holset series turbos. Suck it bitches, suck it hard.

 Re: Turbo Advice
i highly dough it will produce 200 hp on a 16g at 7 psi, but i have however heard of adapter plates that is used the other way around. for the 4g63 to bolt up a t3 flange gaskets. yeah the other way it was mentioned earlier that there is a place in san diego that sell the elbow and tee's to make a manifold and just use the dsm flange and you are golden.
all you would need is the 2 elbows and 2 tee's, i think i have a old header you can use the head flange of. i think this way it would be cheaper than buying a turbo manifold and a modifying.
