 Re: Over heating issues
Well thanks 90 gsx. Well here are more things I notice as of right now when I drove the car. I drove the car it overheated again so I took it home parked poped the hood and touched the upper radiator hose it was fucking hot then I touched the lower radiator hose it was cool and it was not hot at all I can literraly hold it while the car was on. Then when I turned the car off waited a lil bit the lower one got hot and the top one was still hot. Im guessing the thermostat doesn't open or something. 90gsx if I do pick it up tomorrow you have to teach me how to use since I have never used one before in my life thanks tho. im going to take out the thermostat and see what it look likes and run without one.

 Re: Over heating issues
Well I guess I mad fail the cap is bad I took the hose out of the reservoir then I squeezed the upper radiator hose and coolant was comming out from the hose. Then I pinched the hose and grabbed couple of rags pushed down on the rad cap and my radiator leaks from the bottom.

 Re: Over heating issues
DIDN'T I SAY THERMOSTAT????
Trust, I know my shit. LOL Every time I point at something, and the answer is "but its new, I just installed it" New doesn't mean good. New mean:
Never Ever Worked
Until its used and proven, doesn't mean it does work, being new just mean it was never tested.
And I think I said radiator cap too. Effin nailed it.
**edit** Just went back to check my first post. Yes I did mention those things both in the same post. Pwned.

 Re: Over heating issues
I dont think I can use that radiator since I have transmission lines going into the raditor. If someone can figure out how to make this rad work I will more then likely buy it tuesday. Im going to try all the the things so my car can run really cool.

 Re: Over heating issues
he does have an external cooler though as well, it's on the opposite side of the SMIC.
it's either for his tranny, or power steering?

 Re: Over heating issues
Well gus I did write that wrong ma bad what I ment was I have lines go to the external oil cooler then those lines go into the raditator. Erix that external cool is for my tranny oil. Can I block off the lines or just reroute them or something so I can run that radiator.
