here you go. i found a video on it. this is how i did mine, but instead of buying that "special" tool I used a pry-bar. but if you want that tool goes for 20-30 bucks.
You can also google search step, by step instructions to have a print out

Damn thank you so much dsm99 this looks easy but when do I need to remove the lifter when the cam lobes are not pushing down on the rocker arm right.

Oh yeah thanks gus to i didnt see your vid on the first that was really helpful both videos were helpful. Now I need to see by when I can do this and when i can buy them.

you can invest in 3g lifters as well.

With the 3g lifter is there any big modification that needs to be done. The lifters are from the 4g64 right or no.

Can some help me out here I saw the video and said they should compress or i will bend a valve. I took off my rocker amrs and saw the lifter and they dont compress like that. I tried compressing them with my thumb nothing. I didnt do anything special just popped off the rocker amrs took out the lifter with pliers since I couldnt take them off with my hands.They have oil inside and I couldnt compress them. Is this normal or should I just re bleed them.

sitck a paper clip inside them until they're fully compressed. Once that happens then you will be able to compress them with your thumb. So keep trying until you get them done like that
