My head lifters are messed up.. I havent ever had this problem before can u guys tell me how hard it is to do..Also the average price to fix... Any feed back will be greatly appreciated it...thanks |

How bad are they? Try this little trick. Drain half your oil and put in some automatic transmission fluid (yes you read right), drive around the block a few times, let run for a minute, then drain again. Then add four new quarts of oil. Automatic transmission fluid has a detergent in it that will help clean the crap built up in the lifters over the years. Keep us posted. |

How do you know your lifters are bad? If they're just ticking loudly thats normal for shitty 1g lifters. If you have to replace them i would suggest buying some 3g lifters while your at it. |

Thanks for all the help guys...Its fixed now its kinda weird because i didn't have to replace anything its just my oil was low and so was my idle it was like at 4000 rpm....Yeah i know that's sad i didn't check my oil And its back to the 1g ticking lol j/k |
