Head lifters?
My head lifters are messed up.. I havent ever had this problem before can u guys tell me how hard it is to do..Also the average price to fix... Any feed back will be greatly appreciated it...thanks

How bad are they? Try this little trick. Drain half your oil and put in some automatic transmission fluid (yes you read right), drive around the block a few times, let run for a minute, then drain again. Then add four new quarts of oil. Automatic transmission fluid has a detergent in it that will help clean the crap built up in the lifters over the years. Keep us posted.

How do you know your lifters are bad? If they're just ticking loudly thats normal for shitty 1g lifters. If you have to replace them i would suggest buying some 3g lifters while your at it.

Thanks for all the help guys...Its fixed now its kinda weird because i didn't have to replace anything its just my oil was low and so was my idle it was like at 4000 rpm....Yeah i know that's sad i didn't check my oil but it is now fixed And its back to the 1g ticking lol j/k
