Have you gone through and made sure all your connectors are on and snug especially your MAF and spark/fuel related plugs? Do you smell unburnt gas or are your spark plugs fouled up? Do you have any CEL popping up when it happens? How much VAC is it running when it runs bad? Do you have access to a logger to log the condition? Help us understand your problem better by giving us more thorough information.
