can u put a automatic 4 bolt rear end in a manual car
can u put an automatic 4 bolt rear end in a 5 speed transmission car. i just want to make sure because someone told me that you could get a 4 bolt rear end out of a automatic car and put it in your manual transmission car so u could do the 4 bolt swap if u have the 3 bolt rear end. I personally thought u couldnt do it. I thought that the differentials are geared diffrent. .

No you can't
You are correct the gearing is different
