Looks like a coolant line to the oil cooler but a 90 shouldn't have that. Has the engine been swapped or the oil filter housing changed?

Im sorry yeah its a 90 model with a 92 motor if not mistaken. I put water in it and it leaked water from that pipe so im assuming it might go to the thermostat housing

There should be 2 lines on the cooler, one goes up behind it to the water pipe the other connects to a hardline that runs up to the thermostat housing.

for the rubber lines you can go to any autoparts store and get coolant or fuel line of the same size. For the metal line you would probably have to go to the dealer or junk yard. What part are you missing?
