slapping noise..
hey how's it going guys, recently I've been getting a slapping noise coming from my left rear wheel but every time I break it stops, and as soon as I let it go, again slapping noise, before that happened I changed my rotors and pads, and I don't know if this is relevant to it but only one of my break pads wear out, this noise is driving me crazy, if someone can help me out it'll be great

Re: slapping noise..
Are you sure you tightened all the bolts back there. Has this car ever been in an accident, specially in that area.

Re: slapping noise..
yeah all bolts are in good, I've taken out the tire so many times and I can't seem to figure it out, at first I thought it was the splash shield around the rotor, and as for the accident I got hit a while back from behind but the noise has been there before that
