drove it to work today and back home, had no problems although i only hit about 10lbs of boost on the on ramps. Didn't push it and it worked fine. I however got my spark plugs and sanded them down last night with 2000 grit. Well not really sand them down, but smoothed it out a little. i don't know why that made a difference when its only a couple of days old. |

Well when it was acting up the coil pack and power transistor was in the stock location. I got a little creative and relocated them. Here's a pic After relocating both and replacing the coil pack and power transistor it hasn't given me any problems. However, i also replaced the coil and ptu before the relocation and i guess it burnt it out since it was getting to hot. I didn't want to put my new coils and ptu in the stock location cause of what happened. Sent from my LG-P999 using Tapatalk 2 |

Is that the coil pack I sent you and if your car starts running fine then starts acting again later you might wanna look into the ECU. So at that time it acts up try to get a hold of a good working ECU and swap for testing. Just a suggestion plus redrum told me he had an issue with his ECU sent to ECM link and they fixed for a low cost so well it's running good get prepared in case this happens again. |
