okay im ready to block off my egr because i know i have a vacuum leak along where the egr and evap is. i've looked all over the internet and can't find any write up on a 1990 vacuum delete. ive seen the taboo diagrams, most of the threads on tuners. i just want some clarification before i mess something up.

1. install block off plate.
2.1990 TB has four vacuum lines (2 at the top and 2 on the front side)
I was just going to loop these set of two to each other.
3.those lines are originally connect to the thermostat housing so i'm guessing i would have to cap those lines to. (loop them)
4. there are four vacuum lines underneath the intake manifold (two of which were already capped off when i got the car. and the other two connects to the TB and Thermostat housing. so i will cap the remaining two.
5. i also want to remove my charcoal canister. i read up somewhere i only have to cap the line that goes to the tank.
