Hey guys, I have a 90 tsi awd. I drove it the other night and parked it. Woke up in the morn and tried to start it and nothing. Messed with the cps wiring because mine had the copper wires showing and I broke one of the wires. I went and picked up a good 90' cas and installed it and my car still wont start. I have fuel, but no spark. Im not sure whether I bought a bad cas or if my transistor pack went out. I was wondering if there is anyone near van nuys that has a transistor pack from a 90' that they would let me try on my car to see if its the problem. Im stuck at home with a broken car

So I found the issue. Tried a good cas and didnt fire, tried a good transistor and still did not start. Pulled out my ecu and the caps were leaking. Bought a 91 eprom ecu and switched pins 6 and 14 and it fired right up.
