 Very weird idle and start issue???? ok so here it goes...i hav a 90 plymouth laser rs turbo...ok so i had a 2g mas and mas adapter and the car drove fine but was a lil hesitate when stepping on the gas....so did some research and ended up gettin a evo 8/9 mas...and mas adapter......once i put that on to my car the car started acting very very weird...idling from 400 to 600 rpm's....and then eventually dying....when the car is on and when u step on the gas the car wont rev until u let ur foot off the gas....i had the car at my local mechanic and he simple disconnected the mas sensor and the car drove perfectly fine but the car does sound like it has cams and it really doesnt.....a friend of mine said it was misfiring when the sensor is not plugged in.....PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME....PLEASE

Re: Very weird idle and start issue???? go back to the 1g maf. You cant just slap it on and expect it to work. The ECU is programmed for the 1G maf not and evo.
The sensor works by outputting at value depending on how much turbulence is generated when air passed through it. The two sensors put out TOTALLY DIFFERENT VALUE AT THE SAME AIRFLOW.
Like the difference between a cunt and asshole, both holes, both fuckable. Fucking one without a condom and end up in a baby, the other without a condom can end with shit on your dick. Both, if the chick is diirtay, will leave you itchy with a discharge. Tuning the car is like putting on the condom. Keeps your shit clean, and keeps you from being a dad.

Re: Very weird idle and start issue???? put the 1g mas back on and now the car is even running worst then before...the car wont let me get into boost and when i do it will start to bog and start slowing down...checked for boost leaks and fix em and now the car ran better but now once i get to 16 pounds the car will like crash and jus die down....it feels like ur hitting something...idk if that is fuel cut but its something..and before also when i would get into boost the dump pipe would open and i would hear it...but now when i get into boost i dont hear anything...

Re: Very weird idle and start issue???? yea adam is right...imma jus fix all the boost leaks and get dsmlink and put the evo mas back on and get it runnin right...and the spark plugs and wires are fairly new....
