Idle adjustment/BISS screw...
So I went to adjust my idle today as it was a little rough once it warmed up. Was trying to increas it to 1k and no matter which way I turned it the idle stayed relatively the same? This due to possible minor vac leaks? or possibly a sensor issue?

It could be the sensors working right, you computer is programmed to maintain the factory idle. This again is something that you can change as easy as clicking a mouse once you have a proper way to tune the car.

Re: Idle adjustment/BISS screw...
That's weird, the idle should change when you turn the screw. GVR4's are programmed to idle at 900rpm stock, 1g's are 750rpm (fun fact). Could be the o-ring that seals the screw to the throttle body is toast, they go bad often. Wouldn't hurt to test for leaks. You can also put voltage to your TPS and make sure that's working like it should.

Re: Idle adjustment/BISS screw...
The o-ring was actually toast so after I fixed it was when the idle dropped a bit
