Re: clutch fork advise
Frank! On the phone you told me the fork was in the center of the window. From that pic it looks like it's pointing towards the passenger side which is BAAAD! That means either a messed up fork/ball, bad pressure plate, the wrong step height on your flywheel, or...(wait for it)...CRANKWALK! Get a better pic for us. It helps to remove the rubber boot protecting the inspection window. Take a pic for us like this one:

Re: clutch fork advise
As your clutch wears your free play well lessen, you need to adjust your clutch tell you have and inch or so free play. right now it looks as if your clutch is not adjusted properly.

Re: clutch fork advise
Maybe the angle is still a little deceiving, but from that pic it looks like your fork is way too far to the left. If your pivot ball *and* fork are brand new, then you've got a bigger issue. I forget, is the flywheel new? It seems like either the step height is way off, something is seriously wrong w/ the pressure plate, or you've got a bad case of crank walk (yes, crank walk *can* happen to 6 bolt motors...it happened to mine).
Check for crank end play (look it up, it's fairly easy), and if it's within spec, then I'd pull the trans again before going any further forward. You'll get nowhere fast if your fork is already bottoming out on the bell housing.
Again, all of this is addressed in Jack's video, so if you follow it step by step you should be able to figure everything out.

Re: clutch fork advise
how old is that pressure plate? Ive seen pressureplates break and all the fingers collapse inwards.
