Power loss.....
today i noticed a severe power drop in my car, still boosts 15lbs, severe turbo lag, horrible throttle response, and hear compressor surge, the line to the bov is connected to the intake mani.cant see any massive boost leaks, brand new intercooler and piping. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. ALSO, when i get on the throttle it sounds like a n/a car with an intake. REALLY loud, its never made that sound. thanks guys.

Re: Power loss.....
Maybe an exhaust leak before the turbo? between the head and manifold or manifold & turbo or a crack somewhere in the manifold or turbo.

Re: Power loss.....
What RPM do you hit full boost? What vacuum does it idle at? Havea spare waste gate actuator?

Re: Power loss.....
no cracks, @ idle vac is 18-20 no i dont have a spare actuator, the car ran perfect while driving it the day before, took it out this morning and i can hear the intake so much and runs like shit even at normal temp.
