Re: new from 818 sfv
btw your front plate is gonna be blocking alotta incoming air to the FMIC + radiator if you didn't figure that already

Re: new from 818 sfv
Only half of the plate is covering the intercooler its not that bad plus that .bumpers has been cut so its wider than a stock one

Re: new from 818 sfv
From the looks of the picture, the plate is covering a significant portion of the IC. Won't destroy anything, but kind of ruins the point of getting a giant FMIC and hacking the bumper to pieces. Not to mention, you're really going to get laughed at. I suggest mounting the plate on the bumper somewhere, above to to the side of the FMIC

Re: new from 818 sfv
Hahahahha nah its only about half of the plate. Its koo where its at I was gonna put it on the side but I didn't like how it looks there. I don't see why anyone would laugh, it doesn't look funny at all.

Re: new from 818 sfv
They will laugh because you aren't supposed to cover a FMIC it defeats the purpose of having one. You are supposed to get as much air through it as you can. Why don't you get the factory plate mounts and put it above the FMIC.

Re: new from 818 sfv
Yeah I figure the ic won't get as much air as it should but over the smic its still a big improvement. As for people laughing it doesn't really bug me we've all been laughed at at one point we all do OUR cars OUR way that's what makes them OURS and unique I appreciate all the feedback its nice to hear all of your comments. thanks soadweskey ill consider the oem location its worth a shot
