yeah, im a honda guy....but ive always wanted a 1g gsx or talon. when i bought my car (almost 6 years ago) there wasnt any 1g's even worth looking at, so i ended up with my hatch. im not one of those "rice boys" that hondas are known for, i think im one of the only cool guys. i drive a turboed 89 sohc vtec hatch. i dynoed at 170whp/171wtq on a 15g with a fucked up wastegate. it would hold 9psi to about 5.5k and drop to 6ish. i was shooting for 200whp. i went 14.009 with a shitty 2.4 60 on street tires at fontana march 8th. my goal was 12s by the end of the summer, it dont take much power in such a light car (mines around 2200).
anyways, i joined because i want to finally become a dsmer...well as soon as i find one worth messing with. awd turbo sounds pretty good to me. over the years, ive been checking out forums researching these cars. couple questions though, how is theft with dsms? and do u guys get hassled by the cops as muc as we do? these are the 2 main reasons i want to leave the honda scene.
