Just watched an episode of "Gearz" on Speed and he was using one of these for his "knuckle buster" project. The theory behind it works in my mind so I'm thinking about getting one of their cheaper models to do a flush and a bleed on my system. Just tossing this out there for guys that bleed their system often before/during/after a track event. Or just really need to change the fluid like I do haha. |

What are you talking about? It's the same principle as regular bleeders. The inner bleed hole is on the side of the bleeder so when you turn 1/4-1/2 a turn, it'll line up with the caliper hole and allow the fluid to escape. When tightened, there is no fluid tension on the ball or spring whatsoever. Their only downside is being soft aluminum which makes them prone to snapping off when you over tighten them but was done to make them easier to extract. They do however sell stainless steel ones for a little bit more. |

Speedbleeders aren't always the way to go, especially for those that work on more then their own cars. Boostfrenzy good find. Like Wes I also use the vac pump with great results. |
