inside manifolds/o2 housings/etc. what have you done yourself to deal w/ them? any special technique's you'd recommend? special drills, drill bits, penetrants, files? lol.. |

assuming you mean the head of the bolt is broken off and the threads are still in the head? Or a situation like this? try to get a little into more detail. easy-out sets save a lot of headaches. |

Drill a small hole about 1/4 the size of the bolt into the center. Try to hammer a chaser into the hole and use a wrench to slowly pull it out. |

Good luck trying to get it out with a tap most bolts, manifold, o2 housing, turbo ect. are almost welded in you can try all you want after that your options are 1. Bringing it to a machine shop 2. Ignoring it <---my favorite 3. I bring it its kinda expensive but they will remove anything they are located in Santa Ana |

*sigh* the ignoring option is the route I am taking right now. lol But I will eventually remove the turbo. I'm actually looking for a hot side right now just to replace the one I have right now. |
