BOV opinions
well the knock off greddy type s that came with my fmic kit is leaking so im looking for a bov in the same size range (hood clearance) and i heard greddy lost manufacturing exclusivity on the type s. anyhow i was looking at the greddy type R and the type rs. not sure on the type R the pic looks like it would recirc, but dont know if the outlet is too big.. any suggestions? i plan on running up to 25 psi and my uicp is already flanged for greddy and stock 1g. is there a better bov im missing?

Re: BOV opinions
Type S' give me a hardon. I'd always use a Type S, personally.

Modded 1G. Will hold 30+ PSi, cheap. You want cute, go greddy S or RS

Re: BOV opinions
The 1g bov is a good option, and the RS is roughly the same size as the type S so that could also be a direct replacement.

Re: BOV opinions
the dodge garage mod is really easy. Don't need to go as far as drilling and tapping for a set screw. You could get away with filling the lower hole with JB weld and drilling a hole in the side to so the diaphram could move, otherwise it will create a vacuum underneath it and not allow the valve to move (like running no bov) you don't have to put a nipple on the side to make it quick release. After doing the mod it will be the same as an unadjustable TypeRS by design.

Don't worry if you fuck it up, you always have one over here. Granted your not counting this one as your only 1.

Re: BOV opinions
doesn't matter where you drill, so long as it intersects the old port.
