Yeah, I'd think twice about 9.5:1 if I were you. I have 9:1 in my 2.3 and I really have to be careful with boost. You'll have to seriously retard the timing if you want to run high boost on 91 octane. I also agree that meth can be an issue on the road course.
When I *FINALLY* get around to doing some tuning on my setup I might be able to give you some advice. For now I'm running 15lbs of boost with stock timing around town, and it's still pretty damn quick. Not nearly fast enough for the $$$ that I've dropped into the car, though.
