maybe you are getting boost. Check for vacuum/boost leaks, What kind of vacuum are you getting? and btw if you are having problems starting check the firing order because when I did the swap I had to swap some of the plug wires.

Did you do a boost leak test.
The BOV will go off if your at 0 boost even. If you have a large boost leak you may hit 0 psi and not go above it, then when you let off it will blow off because of the backpressure making it go back to -24 etc.
Do you feel the car pull when it gets into the upper rpms?

the car will do nothing in the upper rpms its like the turbo is not even on the car.

Do you ever see boost in the low-mid range or nothing past vac or 0? Running internal wastegate or external? Have you gave the actuator arm a tug if you're running internally to see if there is a lot of compression keeping your flapper shut?

the boost gauge shows boost but im not getting any to the car. oh and i have a stock setup. just a frontmount ,intake. Im starting to think its my vacumlines but i dont know how to run all of them.
