ya i think so, im buying the injen piping that has the carb badge but it only fits with the stock BOV, so thats y i need it and ill just print out the webpage that says the K&N is carb approved

This is why you keep all your stock parts when you mod. Pretty much a necessity when you live here.
I've got an OEM 2g BOV, filter box, filter, UICP, and what I believe is a LICP that I can sell for cheap if you'd like. PM me.
