If you can wait a couple days, tradergreg sells good kits cheaper than you'll find at local shops: http://tradergreg.ecrater.com/p/2826551 ... rbocharger |

If none of the hard parts are damaged, ie: turbine wheel & shaft, compressor wheel, chra... You pay for parts and give me $50. The rebuild kits are $50 with $5.50 shipping, so pretty much $105 for a new turbo. The more beer and food, the lower the price goes |

Pull the turbo apart and clean everything. I usually tape off the shaft and gently glass bead the turbine wheel, comes out looking brand new. |

This might sound like a dumb question or like im joking but what would you use to glass bead the turbine wheels? Would that be a dremel?? |
